PURPOSE: A method for molding synthetic ruby and sapphire is provided to largely reduce the post process and enhance productivity.;CONSTITUTION: A method for molding synthetic ruby and sapphire comprises: a pulverization process of mixing 94-98 wt% of alumina(Al2O3) and 2-6 wt% of chrome(Cr) and pulverizing the mixture to 70,000-90,000 of nano powder; a extruding molding process of mixing 70-80 wt% of nano powder, 5-8 wt% of poly ester, 4-6 wt% of poly ethylene, and 3-5 wt% of paraffin and molding with a master chip; a protrusion molding process of protruding the master chip to a desired mold product; and a heating process of performing three times of heating.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
