PURPOSE: A method for controlling size of a spherical support for an olefin polymerization catalyst is provided to adjust the size of a dialkoxymagnesium carrier having a particle model of which surface is smooth by reacting metal magnesium and alcohol.;CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling size of a spherical support for an olefin polymerization catalyst includes a step for adjusting the size of the spherical support by reacting metal magnesium and alcohol under the existence of magnesium halide or nitrogen halogen compounds. A general equation of the nitrogen halogen compounds has halogen, alkyl, and aryl. The size of the carrier is adjusted in a range of 15μm~60μm.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
