MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SPHERICAL DIALKOXYMAGNESIUM CARRIER FOR A SOLID CATALYST FOR OLEFIN POLYMERIZATION CAPABLE OF CONTROLLING THE CONTENT OF MACROMOLECULES, AND A SOLID CATALYST AND PROPYLENE POLYMER USING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of spherical dialkoxymagnesium carrier is provided to manufacture a spherical dialkoxymagnesium carrier, which satisfies the particles properties required for commercial olefin polymerization, and is suitable for manufacturing a catalyst.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of spherical dialkoxymagnesium carrier comprises the following steps: a step reacting magnesium and alcohol at initial reaction temperature of 20-25°C; and a step aging the reactant at 50-65°C. When reacting the magnesium and the alcohol, a nitrogen halogen compound is used as a reactive initiator. The nitrogen halogen compound is N-bromosuccineimide.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
