PURPOSE: An internal device to prevent the wind swirls is provided to prevent the wind swirls by using a wind guiding plate which prevents the decrease of rotation speed of the windmill.;CONSTITUTION: An internal device to prevent the wind swirls comprises a generator room(7), a windmill room(2), a plurality of posts(4), and a wind guiding plate(3). The space for the generator room is secured between the windmill rooms. A plurality of posts is fixed between the windmill rooms.
