FREEZING DRYING METHOD FOR SPRAY FROM FREEZING DRIER AND SPRAY FROM FREEZING DRIER

PURPOSE: A spray type freeze-dryer and a freeze-dry method using the same is provided to simplify the operation by pulverizing and freeze-drying in one chamber at once and to reduce the drying time of the powder. CONSTITUTION: A spray type freeze-dryer comprises: an injection hole(70) in which a liquid nitrogen is inserted; a signal line hole(80) in which a sensor for measuring an inner state is inserted; multiple supply holes(20) spraying a sample solution with a nozzle formed in the bottom after the solution has been poured into the holes; a chamber(10) including a suction hole(30) inhaling the air inside to make a vacuum condition; a support stand(40) installed inside the chamber to support trays(50) for drying the powder to laminate; and the tray laminated to the support stand storing the liquid nitrogen inserted through the injection hole; and a jet liquid of the sample solution sprayed from the supply holes.
