PURPOSE: A method and a system for offering an advertisement adjusting bidding price per unit time according to advertising traffic are provided to adjust the charging amount of an advertisement according to the advertisement effect difference by adjusting the average biding price based on advertisement traffic.;CONSTITUTION: Based on an average bidding price, an advertisement providing system determines an advertising area for the display of the advertisement(S210). The advertisement providing system displays the advertisement of the advertiser through the advertisement area(S220). Based on the average biding price and advertisement traffic from the advertiser, the advertisement providing system determines the unit time biding price(S230).
