PURPOSE: An ocarina manufacturing device and a method thereof are provided to improve the outer appearance of the ocarina and manufacture the ocarina without joints by drying and hardening ocarina formation material between an outer mold and a mold core.;CONSTITUTION: An ocarina manufacturing device(100) comprises a first outer mold(110), a second outer mold(120), and a mold core(130). The first outer mold comprises a first hollow(111). The first hollow comprises molded projections(112). The second outer mold comprises a second hollow(121) corresponding to the external surface of the ocarina. The second hollow comprises molded projections(122). The mold core is placed inside the first and the second hollow of the first and the second outer mold.
