PURPOSE: A fistula anastomotic device of rotation translational movement mode is provided, which prevents separation of the blood vessel from the anastomosis ring by fitting the blood vessel in a fixation pin formed in the anastomosis ring.;CONSTITUTION: A fistula anastomotic device of rotation translational movement mode is constituted as follows. The first and second anastomosis rings(40,40') are placed in the respective first and second holders(20,30). The first and second moving shafts are connected to the first and second holders respectively. The first and second moving shafts are connected to each other by a hinge. One end of a driving bar(58) is connected to the hinge. The driving bar moves the first and second moving shafts around the hinge by applying the power to the hinge. The first holder is moved toward the second holder by the rotation movement of the first moving shaft.
