PURPOSE: An air compressing/expanding device and an oil cooling system using the same are provided to cool a gear box and the air compressing/expanding device by circulating oil in the inside and the outside of the gear box.;CONSTITUTION: An air compressing/expanding device and an oil cooling system using the same comprise a casing(110), a gear-box(119), a driven shaft, a first rotor, and a second rotor. The drive gear and the driven gear are installed in the gear chamber to engage the drive gear and the driven gear. The gear-box comprises an oil inlet(151) and an oil outlet(161). The oil inside the gear chamber is circulated inside and outside the gear-box through the oil inlet and the oil outlet.
