MOLDING DRUM APPARATUS FOR A GREEN TIRE CAPABLE OF MANUFACTURING THE GREEN TIRE AS A SEMI-PRODUCT

PURPOSE: A molding drum apparatus for a green tire is provided to secure a contraction of a flange on each cover sector without contacting each other while shrinking each cover sector of a band drum in a central axis line direction of the band drum.;CONSTITUTION: A molding drum apparatus for a green tire comprises the following: an inner shaft(16a) combined with a first and a second driving shafts(14a)(14b) on a central axis line (A); an expansion shaft(16b) in both sides of the central axis line; a hub(18) connected to the outer side of the inner shaft; an axis assembling body(16) installed with guide wheels(20a, 20b) on the expansion shaft in both sides; and a first group of drum sectors(12a) and a second group of drum sectors arranged on a circumference of the guide wheel in a periphery direction by turn. The drum sector is combined with a guide block(24) connected to the hub by a link(22), and a slide block combined to a slope(30a,30b) connected to the guide block through a slope(38a,38b) in the lower side.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
