摘要

PURPOSE: A two axial alignment of magnetic small plates using magnetic device under substrates is provided to remove negative effects of a repulsive field by solidifying an ink including small plates aligned in the repulsive field with ultrasonic rays.;CONSTITUTION: A planarization method for a multiple orientable non-spherical flakes using a two axial alignment of magnetic small plates supported by a longitudinal web(501) comprises the following steps: providing the longitudinal web supporting a coating of a field orientable non-spherical flakes; providing a first magnet and a third magnet(506,507,508) to a first side of a feed path, and providing a second magnet between the first and the third magnet in a second opposite side; and relatively transferring one of the two pairs of complementary magnets or the longitudinal web supporting the coating of the non-spherical flakes. The first and the third magnet comprises the same polarity and the second magnet comprises a complementary polarity to the first and the third magnet. A first magnetic field exists between the first magnet and the second magnet, and the second magnetic field exists between the second magnet and the third magnet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
