PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing Lespedeza cuneata tea is provided to relieve bitter and hot taste of the Lespedeza cuneata and to enhance treatment and health by physiological activation.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Lespedeza cuneata tea comprises: a step(S1,S2) of collecting leaves and stems of Lespedeza cuneata and washing; a step of firstly drying the leaves and stems at room temperature; a step(S4) of processing the leaves and stems to absorb liquor of 10-90 degree; a step(S5) of roasting at 45-100°C for 10 to 30 minutes 1 to 9 times; a step(S6) of secondly drying the leaves and stems and packing; and a step of soaking the leaves and stems in loess water for 30 to 40 minutes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
