PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a carbon nano tube paper to transfer a property of carbon nano tube is provided to apply the method to various fields including an armor, a sensor, a diode, and a polarized light source.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a carbon nano tube paper comprises the following steps: preparing a CNT colloidal solution(130); preparing a structure with edge parts; inserting one of the edge with sharp end from the structure into the CNT colloidal solution; and drawing out the edge from the CNT colloidal solution. The preparation step of the CNT colloidal solution comprises a step of dispersing the refined CNT into a solvent. The CNT colloidal solution contains a polymer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
