PURPOSE: A wet steam exhaust device is provided to discharge the steam which is generated when heating the content of the container by indirectly heating the container.;CONSTITUTION: A wet steam exhaust device comprises an air generator(10), an air distributor(40), a container air duct(50), and a hood air duct(60). The air distributor is connected to the air generator. A filter(20) eliminating the foreign material included in the air is installed between the air generator and air distributor. An air tank(30) storing the air is installed between the air generator and air distributor. The container air duct is connected to the air distributor and surrounds the outer top of a container(1). The container air duct comprises a plurality of air outlets discharging the air to the top. The hood air duct is arranged an inlet inside edge of an exhaust hood(2) and is connected to the air distributor.
