PURPOSE: A periostium elevator in maxillary by hydraulic pressure and a method for performing periostium elevation operation are provided, which are capable of lifting periostium without discharge of water. CONSTITUTION: A periostium elevator in maxillary comprises an elevator body(310) and a bottom body(320). In the elevator body, a first circumference screw thread(311) is screwed in the hole punched in the maxillary sinus bottom by a drill and a first penetration hole(312) is formed in the center. Moreover, a first flange(314) which is embossed in order to be rotated by the hands is formed in the outer circumference of the first inner circumference screw thread. In the bottom body, a second penetration hole is formed. Moreover, in the bottom body, an embossed second flange(325) is formed.
