PURPOSE: A spine fixation device is provided to firmly fix an external cap by forming the external cap with a hexagonal or octagonal shape.;CONSTITUTION: A pedicle screw(10) has a head(11) and a male screw part(15). A rod(20) is inserted into the pedicle screw in order to fix a spine. An external cap(30) covers the head of the pedicle screw and has a hexagonal or octagonal shape. A screw hole is formed on the center of the upper side of the external cap. A set screw(40) has the male screw part, a flange and a curved surface. The flange pressurizes the upper side of the external cap. The curved surface is formed on the upper surface of the flange.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
