PURPOSE: A set screw having a complex screw thread and a spinal fixation device using same are provided to increase fastening force of the set screw and a spinal fixing screw by improving a screw combination structure of the set screw and the spinal fixing screw.;CONSTITUTION: A set screw(17) comprises a main screw thread(18) and an enforcement screw thread(19). The diameter of the enforcement screw thread is smaller than the diameter of the main screw thread. The pitch of the enforcement screw thread is smaller than the pitch of the main screw thread. The enforcement screw thread is arranged between adjacent main screw threads by the limit of a combination screw thread(16). The combination screw thread has a maximum internal diameter corresponding to the main screw thread. A head unit(12) has an insertion space of a spine rod in inside.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
