PURPOSE: A system for sharing resources between devices and a method for sharing resources between devices are provided to apply a P2P service in a mobile communication terminal device. CONSTITUTION: A terminal device IP(Internet Protocol) address information management server(300) pre-stores access address information of each terminal device(100). An external device requests internally stored shared resources by accessing the terminal device through a network(1) based on the access address information. The terminal device registers an access right corresponding to the shared resources. The shared resource is requested from the external device. The terminal device provides the shared resources to the external device if access of the external device is allowed based on the access right.
