PURPOSE: A polymer composition is provided to improve the performance capable of converting UV light into red visible spectrum light, to increase stability to long-term exposure of UV light, and to be applicable in all fields where optical transform is necessary.;CONSTITUTION: A polymer composition used for converting UV light or short wavelength light into red spectrum light is formed by adding an active addition mixture of a tertiary composition to the ethylene copolymer polymer composition.
