BACK BEAM APPARATUS FOR THE CAR BUMPER IN WHICH CORNER PORTION AND CENTER PART OF A BACK BEAM ARE FORMED INTO A METAL MEMBER AND A PLASTIC MEMBER AND A WEIGHT OF A BACK BEAM IS REDUCED
PURPOSE: A back beam device for a car bumper is provided so that the impact energy is inputted to the back beam. In the corner part, the energy is decentralized uniformly into the side member. In that way it prevents from the load being focused on the side member.;CONSTITUTION: A back beam apparatus for a car bumper comprises a metal member(110) and a synthetic resin member(120). It is formed into the metal member having the end tip of the back beam apparatus is the closed section. The part between the metal member is formed into the plastic member. The plastic member has the open section. It is formed in a direction of increasing the length with an oblique surface(130), is the length of the plastic member towards the inner side in the boundary of the metal member and plastic member in the outside of the back beam.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
