PRE-CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR INSULATION OF A CARGO CONTAINER SYSTEM OF AN LNG CARRIER AND AN LNG CARRIER BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A pre-construction method for insulation of a cargo container system an LNG carrier and an LNG carrier by the same are provided to reduce the construction period at a dock and a pier by completing manufacture of a cargo container block and insulation on land.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a cargo container system an LNG carrier using invar is as follows. Cargo container blocks(100) of the LNG carrier is manufactured in land. A secondary insulation box and a secondary membrane of a secondary barrier(200) are installed on the transverse bulkhead of the cargo container block. The cargo container blocks are connected by welding the transverse bulkheads at a dock. A secondary border box is installed in a secondary border box installation zone of the cargo container at the dock. A strake-end(232), an invar angle piece, and an overlap piece are installed on the secondary membrane to complete the second barrier.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
