PURPOSE: A system and a method for producing education contents based on wireless communication are provided to perform a mobile communication service of a communication terminal device, thereby improving achievement about learning of a person to be protected.;CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication service is offered through the first communication terminal unit(100). A communication connection controller(200) permits call connection as learning education contents is finished in response to a call connection request about the mobile communication service. An education contents provider(300) offers the education contents.
