摘要

PURPOSE: A thin film transistor substrate and an organic light emitting display having the same are provided to uniformly control a current supplied to an organic light-emitting layer trough a vertical thin film transistor.;CONSTITUTION: A first thin film transistor(TR1) is formed on a substrate(200). The first thin film transistor comprises a first semiconductor pattern(SP1). The first semiconductor pattern has a crystal structure which is grown to 0±10 from a direction of a current in a first thin film transistor. A second thin film transistor(TR2) is formed on the substrate and is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The second thin film transistor is switched by the first thin film transistor. A second thin film transistor comprises a second semiconductor pattern(SP2).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
