PURPOSE: A monitoring apparatus of a facility is provided to allow a user to perform efficient asset management by informing the user of the state of a damaged network.;CONSTITUTION: A sense line(102) is attached to an object facility. A sensor(104) is connected to both ends of the sense line. The sensor senses the disconnection of the sense line. The sensor generates a sensing signal.
