PURPOSE: A noise suppressing apparatus of a ballpoint pen is provided to reduce noises generated from the ballpoint pen by tying or winding an elastic member around a protrusion exposed from the slide type or the half knock type ballpoint pen.;CONSTITUTION: A noise suppressing apparatus of a ballpoint pen(1) comprises the following: an upper external diameter protrusion(3) included in the ballpoint pen; and an elastic member(4) installed in the end of the protrusion to buff the impact of the protrusion when appearing the core of the ballpoint pen.
