PURPOSE: A torsional vibration damper and a rotating member with the same is provided to achieve vibration damping by circulating of damping medium between an outer housing and an inner member which is connected to a outer housing by a torsionally flexible manner.;CONSTITUTION: A torsional vibration damper comprises: an outer housing(11) which has a vertical axis(A); an inner member(12) which has a concentric circle of the vertical axis of the outer housing; a plurality of chambers(13) which is formed between the outer housing and the inner member, filled with damping medium, and linked each other by a channel; and a plurality of flat spring structures(15) which is placed in the chambers and connects the outer housing and the inner member by a torsionally flexible manner. The inner member includes a bolt pattern(16) which is separately placed from the vertical axis and includes a plurality of hole openings which a torsional vibration damper(10) is combined with a flange(21) by.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
