The damper (10) has a primary mass (16) coupled with a secondary mass (20) over a centrifugal force weight (18). The primary or secondary mass includes a radial groove and an arc-shaped groove (36). The weight is guided in the radial and arc-shaped grooves, and a distance (S1, S2) of the arc-shaped groove to a rotating axis is changed in a circumferential direction. A flat spring, pressing element, oil channel, delivery channel and a supply channel apply force i.e. spring force and /or hydrolytic force, on the weight, where the weight is adjusted to radial inward and/or outward direction.
