PURPOSE: An anti-reflection coatings for a solar cell is provided to improve the efficiency of photoelectric transformation by increasing radiation intensity flowed into the solar cell.;CONSTITUTION: A column structure material thin film(21) has a columnar structure of c axis orientation perpendicular to a substrate(10). The columnar structure material thin film is manufactured by using a sputter process and is crystallized in low temperatures. The crystallization temperature of the columnar structure material thin film changes according to the kind of material, but it is generally normal temperature or 600.C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
