PURPOSE: A magnetic complex dielectrics is provided to reduce loss by controlling a dielectric constant and a magnetic permeability according to a compositional ratio between magnetic materials and dielectrics.;CONSTITUTION: A magnetic complex dielectrics includes magnetic materials and dielectric. A dielectric constant(210) and a magnetic permeability(220) of the magnetic complex dielectrics are controlled according to the compositional ratio between the dielectric and the magnetic materials. A multiplication between the dielectric constant and the magnetic permeability of the magnetic complex dielectrics is less than a first reference value. A dielectric constant of the dielectric is less than a second reference value. A ratio between the dielectric constant and the magnetic permeability of the magnetic complex dielectrics is greater than a third reference value.
