PURPOSE: An SNP marker polynucleotide having relation with coronary artery diseases is provided to effectively diagnose risk of coronary artery. CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide for diagnosing risk of coronary artery diseases contains SNP site of polynucleotide selected from sequence numbers 1 to 38. The SNP site is 101th base in sequence numbers 10-14 and 16-38, and 95th base of sequence number 15. A method for identifying a subject having a risk of coronary diseases comprises: a step of providing isolated nucleic acid sample; and a step of determining nucleotide of SNP site of a polynucleotide selected from sequence numbers 1-38.
