PURPOSE: A yeast recombinant vector including a gene involved in lycopene biosynthesis and a lycopene manufacturing method using thereof are provided to produce lycopene for preventing and treating cancer.;CONSTITUTION: A yeast recombinant vector contains a CrtE(GGPP synthase) gene, a CrtB(Phytoene synthase) gene, and a CrtI(Phytoene dehydrogenase) gene originating from Paracoccus haeundaensis. The yeast recombinant vector is a pBCRT EBI vector. A yeast strain mass that produces a transformed lycopene is manufactured by the yeast recombinant vector. The recombinant yeast strain is Saccharomyces cerevisiae.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
