CUTTING APPARATUS FOR A VINYL COVERING DEVICE WITH EFFECTS CAPABLE OF INCREASING WORKING EFFICIENCY AND SHORTENING CUTTING TIME

PURPOSE: A cutting apparatus for a vinyl covering device is provided to reduce the cutting time and increase the work efficiency by automatically cutting the vinyl by changing a manual mode of the cutting apparatus, in which operator cuts the vinyl one by one.;CONSTITUTION: A drive motor(110) is installed in one side of a vinyl coating. A drive gear(120) is formed in motor shaft of driving motor and in an interlocking gear having a tooth form in a constant angle range, is equipped with guide roller in both side. A bracket(130) includes the guide rib for contacting a guide roller to mutual surface, and is connected to the spring(134) fixed to one side of the vinyl covering device in other side. A guide gear(140) is formed in order to revolve around the fixed axis included in the other side of bracket. An idle gear(150) is installed in one side of the vinyl coating In order to revolve with the driving gear. A rotating gear is formed in the shape of the tooth form at the constant angle range in order to interlock with turning gear according to rotation angle. A rotating shaft(170) is combined with the turning gear. A support stand(180) is formed in both sides of the rotary shaft.
