PURPOSE: A substrate for an optical device package is provided to determine the defective state of an individual unit of a lead frame by including a conductive bar and a conductive terminal which electrically connect the individual unit.;CONSTITUTION: A unit includes a die pad area(130) and a conductive terminal(131,132). A conductive bar electrically connects the unit. The conductive bar includes a main conductive bar(110A,110B) and a sub conductive bar(111,112) which apply a current to a lead frame substrate. The sub conductive bar is branched from the main conductive bar and is connected to the conductive terminal of the unit.
