PROCESS FOR MEMBRANE BIOREACTOR WITHOUT SLUDGE DISCHARGE

PURPOSE: A membrane bioreactor process which does not discharge sludge, is provided to remarkably reduce the amount remaining ozone, and to easily decompose the sludge while increasing a dissolution rate of the ozone in the sludge. CONSTITUTION: A membrane bioreactor process which does not discharge sludge includes the following steps: separating sludge and processed water by membrane filtering while performing biological treatment of wastewater; transferring residual sludge to a high speed turbulence ozone contact device; passing the transferred sludge to an orifice; decomposing the residual sludge by contacting the ozone with the sludge; and recycling the decomposed sludge to a membrane bioreactor as a microorganism substrate of the membrane bioreactor.
