PURPOSE: A device and a method for guiding a moving object are provided to guide the moving object by analyzing first signal from the moving object in real time and subsequently generating a second signal, which is capable of guiding the moving object, from the first signal.;CONSTITUTION: A receiver(40) receives first signal which is generated from a moving object. A signal processor(SP1) generates second signal which guides the moving object. The pulse width of the second signal is narrower than that of the first signal.
