PURPOSE: A reducer of an electric-powered power assistance steering system is provide to accurately support a driver's steering wheel operation power by minimizing the gap change according to rotation torque.;CONSTITUTION: A reducer(300) of an electric-powered power assistance steering system comprises a worm shaft bearing(257), a first elastic supporting body(310), a fixed bracket(315), a second elastic supporting body(320), and a clearance compensator(330). The worm shaft bearing supports the opposite end of a motor shaft combining portion of a worm shaft(254) in which a worm(152) is formed. The first elastic supporting body is inserted between the outside of the worm shaft bearing and the inside of the gear housing(260). The fixed bracket is coupled with the first elastic supporting body and is fixed to the outside of the gear housing. The second elastic supporting body supports the worm shaft bearing. The clearance compensator is connected to both ends of the second elastic supporting body through the fixed bracket.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
