PURPOSE: A sludge drying system is provided to reduce energy according to production of hot water while reducing costs for drying sludge by recycling steam and waste heat produced in drying as heating sources for drying and hot water production.;CONSTITUTION: A sludge drying system includes the following: a heat exchange sub-drier(130) drying flowed sludge; a main drier(110) drying the sludge discharged from the heat exchange sub-drier; a heat supply unit(120) supplying drying heating sources to the main drier; a first heat exchanger(140) heating a first medium; and a first cycle line(L1).
