PURPOSE: An optical brain response monitoring device for a closed-loop deep brain stimulation system is provided to optimize an electricity stimulating condition or a stimulus location etc by minutely measuring and monitoring brain reaction for a long time. CONSTITUTION: An optical brain response monitoring device(100) comprises the following: a stimulation part(10) injecting electrostimulation into brain tissue; a light source part(20) injecting a light signal to the brain tissue to monitor reaction of the brain tissue; a light detection part(30) converting the detected light signal to an electric signal; an analysis part(40) producing brain reaction data; and a control part(50) controlling the stimulation part by producing a control signal according to analyzed results of the analysis part.
