PURPOSE: An Acinetobacter sp. DR1 which decompose hydrocarbon oil is provided to economically and effectively decompose and to reduce time and cost for decomposing contaminant.;CONSTITUTION: A method for decomposing oil pollutant comprises: a step of inoculating microorganism having ability of decomposing oil to oil contaminant and a step of adding sodium chloride. The oil is hydrocarbons. A method for decomposing oil pollutant comprises: a step of inoculating microorganism to oil pollutant and a step of adding exopolysaccharide. The exopolysaccharide is obtained by isolating and purifying exopolysaccharide which is cultured in a medium containing sodium chloride or hydrocarbon.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
