PURPOSE: An electrochemical sensor using CuO nano-flowers for hydrogen peroxide detection is provided to detect even low concentration of hydrogen peroxide and elongate the storage by not including ferment.;CONSTITUTION: An electrochemical sensor using CuO nano-flowers for hydrogen peroxide detection comprises a reference electrode, a working electrode, and a relative electrode. The reference electrode is made of SCE(Saturated Calomel Electrode). CuO nano-flowers having hydrogen peroxide selectivity is provided on the working electrode, wherein the length of the single crystal petal of the CuO nano-flowers is 100~500nm and the thickness is 50nm or less.
