PURPOSE: A method for controlling the amount of a light radiated by a camera flash is provided to appropriately control quantity of light of flash of a compact digital camera and a camera built in a portable phone without lighting circuit, thereby photographing an image having proper quantity of light.;CONSTITUTION: An image sensor detects an image through lens(S11). An ISP(Image Signal Processor) detects sharpness of the image frame (S12). If the sharpness of the image frame is not maximum value, the ISP transfers location of the lens to predetermined unit distance through an AF(Auto Focus) lens driver(S13,S14). If the sharpness of the image frame is maximum value, the ISP determines intensity of radiation through a flash driver(S3).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
