PURPOSE: A concrete structure slip form apparatus and a construction method using the same are provided to block the breaking of the concrete structure by integrally molding the vertical exterior wall of the concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: A concrete structure slip form apparatus comprises a jack rod, an exterior wall molding unit, a post molding unit, and a hydraulic jack. The jack rod is laid under a sub-layer(11) of a concrete structure(10) in which in and outside vertical wall are connected and induces the rising of the hydraulic jack. The exterior wall molding unit successively connected to the outside vertical wall of sub-layer forms the outside vertical wall of a upper layer(12). The post molding unit forms the post supporting the roof slab of the upper layer on the inside vertical wall upper side of sub-layer. The hydraulic jack is installed to the jack load in order to raise the exterior wall molding unit and post molding unit at the same time.
