PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing a novel antibacterial compound is provided to prevent or treat pneumonia.;CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial compound having activity of suppressing Fab K enzyme contains a compound of chemical formula 1, isomer thereof, derivative, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt. The antibacterial compound further contains pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The compound of chemical formula 1 is produced by a strain of deposit number KCTC 11434BP.
