PURPOSE: A malt manufacturing device is provided to manufacture malt of a fine particle through a process that the malt powder is manufactured hygienically after the malt is divided into root, sprout, and shell.;CONSTITUTION: A malt manufacturing device comprises; a malt screener formed inside a body(21) to eliminate root and buds of the dried ma root-removing device(20) in which a blower(25) is installed, which sorts the root and the bud cut by a malt blade using an air blower; a main driving roller formed inside of the main body(31) to shatter the screened malt into pieces; a grinding device(30) including a number of driven rollers which is inter-connected with one another by a be and a separation device(40) which separates shell mixed in the shattered malt powder using shaking sieve(42,43).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
