PURPOSE: A dual zone type air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to prevent the leakage of air by forming an extended rubber part between a left plate and a right plate of a door.;CONSTITUTION: A dual zone type air conditioner for a vehicle comprise: an air conditioner case; an evaporator; a heater core; a partitioning wall which divides the downstream of an air path of the evaporator into the right and the left; a door(100) which comprises a rotary shaft(130), a left plate(110), a right plate(120), and a rubber(140) which is formed at the edge of the right plate and the left plate; and a sealing surface which is formed on the side of the partitioning wall and contacts to the rubber of the door. A sealing member(150) is formed on the door. The sealing member prevents that air is leaked out to the space between the rotary shaft of the door and the end of the sealing surface.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
