TRANSITION TOWN CREATION METHODS WHICH PREPARES IN THE PEAK OIL

PURPOSE: A transition town creation method for preparing against peak oil is provided to secure energy while minimizing dependency on petroleum by utilizing other energy sources, such as the sun, wind, water and etc. CONSTITUTION: A transition town creation method for preparing against peak oil comprises a self-power supply system(1), a water recycling system(2), a crop cultivation system(3), a payment system for labor(4), an operating system for all kinds of accommodations(5), and a residential self-government center(6). The water recycling system produces heavy water and drinking water from rainwater, supplies cold/hot water and heating water, and recycles used water. The crop cultivation system efficiently cultivates all kinds of crops. The payment system for labor distributes the harvested products cultivated by the crop cultivation system and pays for the cost of labor. The operating system for all kinds of accommodations includes places for health, entertainment and education or common work place etc. The residential self-government center includes a control facility capable of complex administration of on and off line for the above systems.
