摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a micro lens array and a manufacturing method of an optical sensor array adopting the same are provided to increase the valid sensing area of an optical sensor by adopting micro lenses which have upper sides of identical curvatures.;CONSTITUTION: A mold core is manufactured by a micro machine. The base material is arranged under the mold core. The base material is PMMA, a polycarbonate, or a PVDF. A lens array(120) is formed by applying pressure and heat to the mold core and the base material. The lens array is separated by removing the mold core. An anti-reflection film(130) is formed on either one or both of the upper side and the lower side of the lens array.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
