PURPOSE: A mobile scaffold for work on a hull is provided to reduce the time for welding, coating, and inspection work on a hull by enabling workers to move along the upper side of the longi. CONSTITUTION: A mobile scaffold for work on a hull comprises a flat body(102), front and rear center shaft units(110a,110b), left and right caterpillar tracks(120a,120b), and an idle shaft unit(130). The front and rear center shaft units are installed horizontally in the front and rear sides of the body, respectively. The left and right caterpillar tracks are respectively connected to the front and rear center shaft units. The idle shaft unit is horizontally connected to the body in order to support the caterpillar tacks.
