T-SHAPED PIPE CONNECTOR AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, CAPABLE OF FACILITATING THE MANUFACTURE OF A T-SHAPED PIPE CONNECTOR

PURPOSE: A T-shaped pipe connector and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve durability and support force forming a projected connection portion at the center of a first connection pipe and increasing a contact area when the first and the second connection pipes are connected.;CONSTITUTION: A T-shaped pipe connector(10) comprises first and second straight connecting pipes(11,13) and a projection connector(16). A hole(12) is formed by drilling one side of a body middle part of a first connection pipe after the pipe is cut at fixed size. The outer surface of the hole of the first connection pipe is softened, a cover mold is positioned on the outer surface of the hole, and a projection connector is formed by extending and expanding a hole from the inner surface and the outer surface through a withdrawing mold. One side end of the second connection pipe is vertically inserted into projection connector, and an inner connecting end is thermally fused.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
