PURPOSE: A branch pipe manufacturing device and a method thereof are provided to produce products having fixed standard since a T-shaped branch of a metal pipe is burred from the inside of the metal pipe to the outside.;CONSTITUTION: A branch pipe manufacturing device comprises a fixed frame(10), a clamp(80), a guide rod(14), upper and lower guides(32,30), and a burring unit(50), a motor(40), a belt(60), and a fixing plate(21). The fixed frame is supported on the front and rear of the upper frame(12). A hole(81) is formed at the center of the clamp. The guide rod is installed on the right, left, front, and rear sides of the upper frame. Both sides of the upper and lower guides are connected to a connection bar(31). The burring unit comprises a rod(52) and a rotary pulley(51). The motor is fixed to one side of the connection bar.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
